The Exhibit...
   The idealized images that most people see of Cuba and the Cuban people often run along a track of predictable scenes and settings. However, the power of the photographic medium to convey broad and complex sentiments as well as the truth behind the icons of the expected can be profound and moving in ways that words alone can never express, particuarly when the photographer has the skills, and more over, the depth of understanding of his subject, to instinctively focus his camera on the very heart and soul of the matter.
